Education and Engagement
Fostering opportunities for the exchange of knowledge.
We engage with different stakeholders including patients, caregivers, clinicians, key opinion leaders, patient groups, commissioners and more. Providing them with opportunities and tailored materials is key to effective education and decision making.
Services > Education and Engagement
Collaborating with stakeholders to build trust and co-create.
Throughout everything we do, we engage with stakeholders; patients, healthcare professionals, carers, advocates, and others. With the shared goal of improving understanding, trust, and impact.
Our approach is grounded in:
-
Building trust through transparency and inclusivity
-
Fostering co-creation by actively involving diverse perspectives
-
Enabling meaningful two-way education that values lived experience and clinical expertise equally
These interactions are designed to do more than inform, they help close identified knowledge gaps, create psychologically safe spaces for open discussion (including around sensitive topics), and enable targeted education for different audiences. They also provide valuable input into future evidence generation by revealing real-world themes, unmet needs, and research priorities.
We deliver this through a range of formats and methods, outlined below, spanning expert elicitation, structured engagement, and tailored educational tools.

Education & Engagement Services
Expert Elicitation and
Consensus Building
We use structured methods such as SHELF and Delphi to gather expert insights and support decision-making in areas of high uncertainty.

Advisory Boards and
Stakeholder Dialogues
We convene advisory boards and multi-stakeholder sessions to explore unmet needs, test ideas, and inform real-world strategy.

Patient, Carer, and Public Involvement (PPIE)
We co-design research and strategy with patients, carers, and communities to ensure real-world relevance and shared ownership.

Internal and External
Education Tools
We create tailored education materials that build knowledge, support alignment, and foster informed decision-making.
